Types of therapy we offer
“When it comes to the type of therapy that I offer, I am informed by and draw on a combination of Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I am also an EMDR Therapist and often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for trauma-related therapy.”

For couples therapy, I draw on Imago Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).”
